Are the products you offer New or Used?

 

All computer hardware we supply is pre-owned, which can range from equipment which is classed as new in open box, refurbished, or second user. You can be assured that all equipment we offer is guaranteed to be in full working order, in excellent cosmetic condition, complete with full ship group and guaranteed onto an IBM or 3rd Party maintenance contract.

How flexible are your Hardware Maintenance Contracts?

 

We offer a full 24/7 365 Hardware Maintenance Service for companies who need the guarantee of a 4 hour fix every day of the week all year round. In addition we have customers who only require a Monday to Friday service or even a time and materials contract for less business critical applications. Each and every maintenance contract is unique and is tailored to each customers individual requirement.

I have equipment to sell, will you buy it?

 

Yes of course, we are always interested in buying your redundant computer equipment, we can offer you a straight buy back price or if you are acquiring new equipment from us we will offer you a trade in price. We also offer a full decommissioning service and will arrange all transportation.

Do you offer IBM Mainframe Disaster Recovery?

 

Yes we offer a comprehensive Mainframe Disaster Recovery Service from our state of the art data centre. We offer flexible long and short term contracts which are all set up to cater for each of our customers individual needs. We have over 1000 zOS MIPS installed on latest generation hardware along with over 200TB of disk storage and latest generation tape technology. Mainframe zLinux Business Continuity (BC) & Disaster Recovery (DR) Solutions are also available.
